Pool Villa Rogac is recently built stone villa and is named after a hundred-year-old carob tree located in its garden. With an authentic Vis stone facade and thick walls, it respects the traditional architecture, while its modern design reveals the contemporary era it was made in.
Surrounded by green Mediterranean trees, the house provides shade and tranquillity. From the garden you can enter a tavern (konoba), a separate area with its own entrance. It consists a kitchen, living area, and large bathroom. Terrace with a summer kitchen provides a beautiful view of the garden and the pool (heated).
Above the tavern there are three more floors forming a unique living area. Ground floor consists fully equipped kitchen with a living area and the bathroom as well as large terrace with a table and chairs.
There are two ensuite bedrooms on the first floor. Master ensuite bedroom on the top floor with a beautiful roof terrace offers a privacy and an amazing view of the town and the sea.
